1-Year Manufacturing Warranty (Mechanical Structure):
The primary mechanical structure of the machine is covered under a 1-year manufacturing warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
The package also includes one additional spare chain (extra, apart from the installed chain) to support long-term use.
6-Month Warranty on Frequently Used Components:
Certain components that undergo higher mechanical or electrical usage are covered under a 6-month warranty, including:
- Power Supply Unit
- Motor
- Foot switch (on models where supplied)
- Spring Rod System
- Throwing Arm System
These parts may require servicing or replacement depending on usage intensity.
If any manufacturing issue occurs, free servicing or replacement is provided within the first 6 months. After this period, replacements may be chargeable.
