SHIPPING, RETURNS & COD POLICY

Warranty Applicability & Jurisdiction:
Policies in this section are not applicable to purchases made through unauthorized dealers and for international purchases not made directly from the manufacturer.

Purchases made within India through our authorized dealer partners (and not directly from Freebowler) and subsequently carried by the customer on flights or through any third-party logistics or personal transit arrangements fall outside the direct control and responsibility of the manufacturer. Any damage, loss, or functional issue arising during such independent transportation shall not be covered under the standard warranty, guarantee, or service support.

In such cases, the warranty, guarantee, and service obligations shall remain valid only within India and cannot be claimed, enforced, or serviced outside India under any circumstances.


Processing & Shipping:
All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once processed, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. The tracking details will be activated after the shipment has been booked and scanned by our courier partner.
• Domestic deliveries: Typically completed within 5–10 business days.
• International deliveries: Usually completed within 10–14 business days, subject to customs clearance and courier handling.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Freebowler is not liable for delays, lost, or misplaced packages once an order has been handed over to the courier.


Transit & Delivery Damage
Inspection on Delivery: The customer must inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any visible transit or physical damage must be reported to Freebowler within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs and an unboxing video.
Remedy: Where transit damage is reported within this window with the required evidence, Freebowler will determine the appropriate remedy at its discretion — typically guided local repair together with any replacement parts required, which is the fastest resolution for the customer. The nature of the remedy rests with the manufacturer.
Exclusions: Freebowler is not responsible for damage, loss, or delay arising after a shipment has been handed over to the courier, nor for damage occurring during customer-arranged transport, dealer or third-party carriage, air travel, or any personal transit arrangement. Such transportation falls outside the manufacturer’s direct control, consistent with the Warranty Applicability & Jurisdiction terms of this policy.


Return & Refund Policy:
We do not offer returns or refunds. We provide a 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty and Lifetime Guarantee and Lifetime Service, which include guaranteed servicing and full restoration of the functionality of the bowling machine system at a nominal servicing cost after the 1-year warranty period.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:
1. Advance Payment: A partial advance payment is required to confirm COD orders. Customers are required to first pay Rs. 2000 or 10% of the product value on the QR code/bank account details/payment link shared to confirm the order on COD.
2. Non-Refundable Advance: The advance payment is non-refundable if the order is canceled after processing or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery.
3. Payment & Delivery: The remaining balance must be paid in cash or UPI mode(Google Pay,Phone Pe, etc) only upon delivery. Ensure accurate delivery details to avoid issues.
4. Exceptions: If a wrong or defective product is received, contact customer support within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
5. Policy Agreement: By choosing COD, customers agree to Freebowler terms and conditions.
